Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners in the industry.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
· Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback.
Sales and Marketing:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
· Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote the company's products and services.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
· Negotiate terms of sale and close deals with clients.
· Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients.
· Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
Reporting and Analysis:
· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
· Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
· Provide feedback and insights to the management team to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in MS Office
